A developer representative described plans and said the owner has partnered with the developer, that the easement could include a sunset clause, and that the request was intended to be proactive ahead of NCDOT intersection improvements. The chair said additional legal and timing information was necessary and moved to table the request until the September board meeting, with the caveat the matter could be brought back earlier if resolved. The motion to table passed on voice vote.
