The Delhi Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeals opened on Aug. 10, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Services Center in Holt. Chairperson Thomas Kaiser called the meeting to order, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, and roll call recorded members Dori Goodall, Thomas Kaiser, DiAnne Warfield and Betsy Zietlow as present; Member Glen Etelamaki was absent. Planner Noelle Tobias and Sara Thornton, Planning and Zoning Secretary, were listed as staff present.
Member DiAnne Warfield moved to approve the July 13, 2026 meeting minutes and Member Betsy Zietlow seconded; a voice poll recorded all ayes and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 5:39 p.m. The minutes were signed/dated by Elizabeth (Betsy) Zietlow, Secretary.
