Commissioners discussed the practical benefits of Tuesdays and the need to note exceptions: "So the dates are starting with today, Tuesday, May 27, Tuesday, June 24, Tuesday, July 29, Tuesday, August 26, Tuesday, September 23, Tuesday, October 28, and Tuesday, November 18," a staff speaker read from the calendar. Staff asked commissioners to accept invites so staff and the chair can track quorum and plan agenda timing. The commission also flagged the July 29 budget meeting as likely longer than typical sessions and noted that the November date is the only one that is not a fourth Tuesday because of the holiday.
