The committee recommended a 12.1% increase to the medical budget with related plan-design changes, an increase in HSA county contributions to $900 for single coverage and $1,800 for family coverage (a $50/$100 rise), a 3.7% funding increase for dental and an optional increase to dependent-care FSA limits (up to $7,500 for 2026). The board voted to accept the recommendations and directed HUB to prepare enrollment documents.
