At the meeting’s close, Commissioner (speaker 7) moved to adjourn the planning commission to Aug. 31, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., to be held at Cumberland Middle/High School. The motion was seconded and carried by roll call; affirmative responses were recorded for Matt Seal, Steven Donahue, Kevin Meadows, Hebert Allen, Steve Rosen and William Flippitt.
Earlier in the meeting staff noted that one board member was considering asking the Board of Supervisors to author a resolution extending the 15.2-2232 review period as a precaution, but no such resolution was acted on during the planning commission meeting. No substantive votes on the Dominion application occurred during this session.
