The Larimer County Board of County Commissioners approved a consent agenda on Aug. 11 that bundled a range of routine administrative items, including procurement confirmations, interagency agreements and license renewals.
Among the items read into the record by Chair Jody Shadd McNally was a transaction confirmation for a wholesale natural gas purchase with Symmetry Energy Solutions LLC; the chair said pricing is based on a base sales agreement and corrections to documentation would be made after the meeting. The consent packet also included a memorandum of understanding with the Office of Civil and Forensic Mental Health to support competency-related services and transitional housing for justice-involved clients.
The consent agenda included five liquor-license renewals (Adakari Sons Corporation/4 Seasons Liquor in Fort Collins; Windjammer LLC; Blam LLC/Thirsty Moose in Red Feather Lakes; Raw Ranch LLC in Glen Elvie; and Verne's Liquor LLC in La Porte), and a resolution to certify certain zoning-violation penalties for a Meadow Drive property in Drake as a special assessment. Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the consent agenda; the board voted 3-0 in favor.
