Council approves $1,500 annual RVI imaging add-on for municipal court records

Treasurer Alisa Corn told the council the RVI imaging add-on would allow the municipal court to upload images into the digital case file system. The annual cost is $1,500 and will be paid from the Court fund.
Aaron Scott moved to approve the RVI Imaging Software add-on for the iCON Court program via Net Data/i3 Verticals; Randy Page seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Mayor Williams noted the i3 Verticals contract has expired and the City will review whether to add the software to the renewal contract when it arrives for Council review.
The approved add-on is expected to be budgeted from the court's existing fund and implemented after contract arrangements are finalized.
