The commission reviewed a building permit application for a proposed 1,702 square-foot, site-built single-family residence at 14586 Santa Anna Trail listed for applicant Jesus Porras. The applicant was absent; minutes also reference the name "Jesus Garcia Porras" in connection with the same address. Commissioners flagged a discrepancy between the 911 address and the deed and survey records and decided to forward the application to the city council with that notation for further action.
Brandon Reyes moved to send the item to council with a note that the 911 address does not match the deed and survey; Dave Peterson seconded. The motion carried unanimously. No final permit decision was made at the P&Z level pending council review and resolution of the address discrepancy.
