Farmer tells commissioners contractor trucks parked on his land, says diesel residue contaminated garden

William Russell spoke during public comment to report that heavy contractor trucks working for a contractor he identified as Tradewick Construction, on behalf of Kinetic Windstream, parked on his farm without permission and caused damage and contamination.
Russell said the vehicles were parked on his land, allegedly damaging plum trees and compacting soil, and that diesel residues were present in his garden. "They kill my ducks. They kill my chicken," Russell said, and he warned that diesel-range organics can contaminate food grown in the soil. He told the board he had contacted the sheriff and that county and company representatives have so far not resolved the dispute.
Commissioners asked Russell for his address and details so the county could better understand the location and the claim. Russell said he is registered with the USDA and described the economic impact on his farm operations and online business. The board thanked him for raising the issue; no formal county action was recorded in the meeting minutes during public comment, and the matter appeared unresolved at adjournment.
