The council approved Resolution 2026-15 to accept a permanent utility easement granted by Jeffrey S. Baker and Kimberly A. Baker.
City staff said the set of easements under consideration are sanitary sewer and associated utility easements that will serve the large lot at 39th and Antelope following recent subdivision changes. Staff noted that one easement is intended to include a manhole.
A council member moved to adopt the resolution and the motion passed on a roll call vote with aye responses recorded.
