The motion was seconded and carried on a roll-call vote recorded during the meeting: yes votes from Sid, Patty, Nancy and Mark; no votes from Bob and Anne. The board agreed the change applies to range bags only and that green fees will not change now.
Board members framed the decision as a cautious, incremental revenue step tied to seasonality rather than a permanent across‑the‑board increase. The board specified the seasonal window (October–April) and left open the possibility of bringing a separate recommendation to the city commission for further changes to January–February peak pricing if course conditions warrant it. Administrative staff will implement the rate change and return to the board with operational details as needed.
