Joe Cornell moved that the Planning and Zoning Commission re-evaluate the Hough variance application; John Gray seconded. Voting recorded showed one no vote from Will Butler and ayes from the remaining councilors, so the motion carried. The referral returns the application to the commission for further consideration rather than granting the variance at this meeting.
