The Mason Independent School District Board of Trustees on June 22 approved its consent agenda and a series of budget and bond-related resolutions, while tabling a construction MOU and approving resignations after a closed personnel session. Pam Kruse moved approval of the consent agenda; Kathryn Martin seconded and the motion passed "This motion, made by Pam Kruse and seconded by Kathryn Martin, Passed." (vote recorded: 5–1, Liz Rich Nay, Eric Buell absent).
Trustees also approved the 2027 MCAD budget and a staff development minutes waiver for 2026–27, adopted Payroll Schedule Option A for 2026–27, and passed three resolutions authorizing transfers between the Interest and Sinking Fund and the General Fund for bond-related and capital-project uses. For each bond-related resolution Liz Rich recorded a Nay; the other trustees voted to approve the measures. The board set its next meeting for June 29 at 5:00 PM.
