Claymont board approves administrative transfers, a reduction in force and hires

The board also rescinded a one‑year limited contract for educational aide Elizabeth Garbrandt (effective March 12, 2026) and approved a one‑year limited contract for Stephanie Lendon as Intermediate Cook, among other classified staffing approvals.
Additional personnel approvals included extended service days for Jasmine Russell and approval of named classified substitutes pending credentialing. The personnel package as presented in superintendent recommendations A–D and F–S was approved by roll call vote as recorded in the minutes.
