Verizon seeks equipment upgrade on Davis Junction water tower; board to seek attorney review

One board member asked staff to forward Verizon's proposal to the village attorney to determine whether action by the board is necessary and whether a technical review is required to avoid interference with other tenants' equipment. "Typically, it's in the lease that they can replace equipment, though, subject to technical reviews to make sure it doesn't interfere," Mark said. The board agreed to have legal staff review the submitted materials and report back.
