The Vernal City Council convened a special meeting at 4:00 p.m. on June 3, 2026, in the Vernal City Planning Conference Room to begin FY2027 budget work sessions. Mayor Corey Foley welcomed attendees; Councilmember Ted Munford moved to acknowledge and approve the special meeting, and Councilmember Robin O'Driscoll seconded. Councilmembers used the session to review department budget presentations from the Innovation Hub, Facilities, Victim Advocate, Legal, Police, Narcotics Strike Force, and Justice Court.
