Trustee Jen moved to adopt items 1–3 inclusively as the consent agenda and John seconded; roll call votes recorded multiple 'yes' votes with William, Nathan and Patrick absent. The board passed the omnibus consent agenda and the ordinance that authorizes disposal of the speed trailer, and the meeting proceeded to public reports and presentations.
