A motion to place items 1 through 3 on the consent agenda was made and seconded, and a subsequent roll-call vote adopted the group. The clerk recorded the motion as passing 6–0 at about 6:03 p.m.
Board members did not request separate discussion of the consent items. The consent-vote format bundled routine financial approvals and allowed the board to proceed to reports and regular business.
