Summary
Public works staff told the board the splash pad and several park amenities are substantially complete, with final seating targeted for spring due to seasonal constraints. Restrooms, shelter and concessions need finishing work on plumbing, electrical and siding.

Public works staff gave a progress update on park projects, saying the splash pad testing and startup planning is scheduled and that the fishing pier, exercise stations and much of the site work are complete.
Public works supervisor (S5) said the restrooms and shelter are "substantially complete with the exception of the plumbing fixtures and some electrical work," and that seating installation is planned for April when weather permits. The concessions building is framed and insulated and crews are working on siding, windows, electrical and plumbing.
Trustees noted remaining items (sod in ditches and final inspections) and were told developers will schedule final work when ready; staff reported a planned timeline that should result in most items finished in the coming weeks, with seating to follow next spring.
