Morgantown council approves $11,000 amendment to grant administration contract

Council member Stacie Baker moved to adopt Amendment #2026-1; the motion was seconded by Council member Jewel Blevins and carried unanimously. Clerk Treasurer Sharon McIntosh will continue to coordinate SRF paperwork with Kleinpeter Consulting. No further conditions or split funding sources were specified in the minutes.
