LCWCID No. 1 appoints Casey Klingensmith, re-elects officers

The Lubbock County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 Board of Directors on March 11, 2025, appointed Casey Klingensmith to the Precinct At‑Large seat and immediately swore her in. Directors moved the appointment to the start of new business; Director Teresa Stephens nominated Klingensmith, Director Doug Parsley seconded, and the board voted "All in favor, motion carried."
Sgt. Stone administered the swearing-in. The board also approved adding Klingensmith to the district signature card. At the same meeting the board reorganized its officer roster: Teresa Stephens was nominated and approved as president; Doug Parsley as vice president; and Casey Klingensmith as secretary/treasurer. The clerk recorded the new roster as Teresa Stephens (President), Doug Parsley (Vice President), Casey Klingensmith (Secretary/Treasurer), Ashley Ramirez (Director) and Kade Garner (Director).
