The staff member said the commission can direct staff to bring public-comment topics back as future agenda items for fuller discussion and coordination with presenters. "That is very much dictated by the Open Meetings Act, which we complied with today," the staff member said, and offered to coordinate with individuals who presented if they want a scheduled agenda slot.
