The City Council approved Resolution 824-26 on March 9, formally accepting gas and sewer main extension improvements installed for the Taco Bell development in the Fane subdivision.
Development Services Director Cluvedo Estado told council the work included about 1,000 linear feet of sewer and roughly 500 feet of natural gas mains, all constructed and inspected to city standards. Council members asked clarifying questions about electric looping and whether additional returns would be required; staff said the water did not require an extension and that the sewer and gas work were constructed to feed the site. A motion to approve the resolution carried without opposition.
