Resident questions why Jan. 13 council meeting was not held in larger venue

City Secretary Angela Harrington responded that staff were not aware a large number of attendees would attend the Jan. 13 meeting in time to find another place to meet due to legal posting requirements for all city council meetings. The explanation framed the issue as a timing and notice problem rather than a discretionary venue choice by council members.
