Burton tables ordinance to exempt vendor permit fees; council requests broader non‑profit coverage

Councilmember Jeff Eckhardt argued that, if fees are to be waived for some local non‑profits, the ordinance should be revised to extend exemptions to all non‑profit organizations operating inside the city. Council voted to table the ordinance so staff can revise the language.
