Board members noted logistical constraints (staffing to have substantive conversations) and discussed whether an evening mini-retreat might help finalize meeting organization and agendas for the 2026–27 year. A trustee requested inclusion of a data analytics dashboard demonstration on the board agenda as a regular 'show and tell' to improve transparency and public reporting.
Administration agreed to reformat draft goals, coordinate scheduling, and provide a template to help structure the board's agenda topics moving forward. The board agreed to place the revised goals on the next public agenda for approval before the start of the school year.
