City ratifies PSA for Caddo Prime site and authorizes P3 Works contract

Council ratified a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Caddo Mills and Caddo Prime, LLC concerning reimbursement of professional services for the proposed Caddo Prime development and authorized the City Manager to negotiate a separate contract with P3 Works, LLC. Community Services Director Matt McMahan described the site as "the old drag strip for Caddo Prime and developers were really looking at that spot," and recommended the standard PSA.
Mayor Pro Tem John Verity made the motion to approve and Council Member Justin Poppelreiter seconded; the motion passed unanimously as recorded in the minutes. City staff will proceed with the negotiated P3 Works contract under the council authorization.
