Staff presented two text-notification tiers (about 2,500 texts/year at roughly $250 annually or 27,000 texts/year at roughly $1,500 annually) and noted that the city's existing payment processor (Caselle) integration might reduce the need for Munibit texting. Council Member Rod Mund moved to proceed with Munibit; the motion, seconded by Council Member Braegger, carried unanimously.
