Waynesville council adopts emergency resolution certifying 2025 tax amounts and rates

After waiving the readings, Councilmember Zack Gallagher moved to adopt Resolution 2025-024 as an emergency and Connie Miller seconded. The motion passed by a 5-0 roll call, approving the measure as an emergency for immediate effect. The measure is recorded as Resolution 2025-024 and was adopted during the Sept. 2 meeting.
