• Consent agenda (Minutes, Feb. 24, 2026): Motion to approve by Councilman Blair Halverson, seconded by Councilman Wayne Winsor; Council Members Joel Dills, Blair Halverson, Angie Petty and Wayne Winsor voted aye and the motion carried. • Resolution 26-06 (Donation Policy): Moved by Councilman Blair Halverson and seconded by Councilwoman Angie Petty; roll-call vote recorded four ayes and the resolution was adopted. • Resolution 26-07 (Declare Public Works items as surplus): Moved by Councilwoman Angie Petty and seconded by Councilman Blair Halverson; roll-call vote recorded four ayes and the resolution was adopted. • Resolution 26-08 (Amending Emergency Operations Plan): Councilman Joel Dills moved to continue consideration for further staff edits; motion seconded by Councilman Blair Halverson and the motion to continue passed (four ayes). • Vacuum trailer purchase: Motion to approve purchase for $87,420.11 moved by Councilman Blair Halverson, seconded by Councilwoman Angie Petty; roll-call vote recorded four ayes and the purchase was approved.
