Council continues review of updated Emergency Operations Plan after questions about roles and errors

Councilman Blair Halverson seconded the motion; Council Members Dills, Halverson, Angie Petty and Wayne Winsor voted aye and the motion to continue carried. Staff said the plan is a living document intended to be updated as roles and staffing change.
