Council approves $112,845 EDC grant for strip-center foundation and parking

Mayor Pro Tem John Verity moved to approve the $112,845 grant; Council Member Justin Poppelreiter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Richardson said the project would provide commercial space the city needs but the council did not record additional conditions on the grant in the meeting minutes.
