When convened as Drainage Trustees, the Board voted to accept the Engineer’s Report filed by AgriVia for open ditch repairs on the McNeill Intercounty Drainage District Lateral No. 8. "It was moved by Fox, seconded by Phillips, to accept the Engineer’s Report filed today by AgriVia for the open ditch repairs on the McNeill Intercounty Drainage District Lateral No. 8," the minutes state. Harrison County supervisors participated via Zoom and the motion carried with Ayes recorded as Fox, Phillips, Rife and Smith.
Trustees scheduled an informational meeting with affected landowners for August 25 at 10:30 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room in the Monona County Courthouse. The Board also voted to table consideration of drone footage for drainage districts at this time. The minutes do not include estimated repair costs or a timeline for construction work.
