Mayor DiSalvo said the village must complete certain improvements by October tied to a $175,000 CDBG grant for a retaining wall, ramp and paving; the board authorized the village engineer to put the project out to bid. The board also authorized the mayor or deputy mayor to sign a grant‑writing services agreement with Millennium Strategies; "The new fee for this year is $40,800," the mayor said, and trustees noted the firm reported securing $7.1 million in grant funding for the village during its tenure. Trustee Aleena Olivia asked for clearer deliverables and for access to GranTrak when available.
