"Big picture develop Main Street to generate significant revenue instead of the BESS, $75,000 per year is $50 per house. Redefine the Commercial Zone. Approve two major projects on Main Street. Can the Board set a goal for this year? Switch fee in lieu of parkland to infrastructure," Titolo said.
Mayor DiSalvo responded that the board has been working on zoning and traffic issues and said the board will review the zoning map and traffic flow in the next two months. Trustees did not take immediate action beyond agreeing to consider the matter further.
