On procurement, trustees approved the DPW recommendation and awarded the fiscal‑year 2026–27 grass‑cutting services contract to L&L Property Maintenance LLC for $18,660.00. The board voted to enter executive session at 8:03 p.m. to discuss contracts and reconvened the regular meeting at 9:10 p.m., adjourning at 9:11 p.m.
