Commissioners praised the manager's performance and professionalism and proposed a compensation package consisting of a 4% base increase plus a one-time 4% spot bonus and the requested 10 additional PTO days. A motion to approve that package was made, seconded and carried on a voice vote.
Commissioners also directed staff to ensure any contract modifications or memorialization of pay changes comply with the manager's employment agreement and to prepare the necessary written documentation for the personnel file.
