Stark Town Board approves minutes, vouchers and sets Jan. 13 meeting

At the Dec. 16 meeting the Stark Town Board completed routine business and approvals. The town clerk read the minutes of the Nov. 6, 2025 meeting; Councilman Hubiak moved to approve the minutes and Councilman Gerhardt seconded the motion, which passed by voice vote. The board also reviewed and approved the supervisor's report and the town clerk's report, which listed a building fee and a marriage-certificate fee totaling $35.60.
The board reviewed General and Highway Fund vouchers and authorized payment after a motion by Councilman Hubiak and a second by Councilman Voght. Councilman Jordan moved to adjourn and Councilman Hubiak seconded; the meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m. The board set its next regular meeting for Jan. 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
