Town reviews NYS engineering report, consultant says sand-and-salt barn is DEC-compliant

Supervisor Mark Bronner told the Stark Town Board on Dec. 16 that he had received a New York State engineering report from Eagle Associates on Dec. 14 and distributed copies to board members for review. He said the town's consultant, Jerry Stucchi, reviewed the DEC contract for the sand-and-salt barn and "we are in compliance with DEC."
Bronner said he had not yet had an opportunity to complete his own review and would contact Eagle Associates or New York State if adjustments were required. The matter was provided to all board members for consideration; no formal motion or vote on the engineering report or the DEC contract was taken at the meeting.
