Board approves reappointment, advertises fuel bids and handles routine bills

Supervisor Bronner moved to reappoint Phil Greene as the town's codes officer; Councilman Hubiak moved and Councilman Jordan seconded and the reappointment was approved. Bronner also asked that the town advertise for fuel bids because the current contract ends Aug. 31, 2025; the board authorized advertising for bids.
The board reviewed and approved the supervisor's report. The town clerk reported a duplicate marriage certificate and four building permits totaling $1,080; the board approved the clerk's report. Finally, the board reviewed General and Highway Fund vouchers and approved payment of bills on motion by Councilman Hubiak, seconded by Councilman Gerhardt. The next meeting was scheduled for Aug. 12, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., and the board adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
