Boyer provided an itemized list of project components proposed for the application, with estimated costs totaling $19,748,379.85, including: 4th Street ground storage ($3,585,231.00); Spring Canyon elevated storage tank ($6,180,441.00); a 24" Risk & Resilience transmission line along I-27 ($2,871,221.00); Nicklaus Well Field ($4,026,486.85); Phantom Creek water well transmission lines ($3,000,000.00); and $85,000 for grant administration through PRPC. City Manager Joe Price asked commissioners to coordinate outreach with state-level officials to support the application. The commission unanimously authorized filing the application.
