Beth Hoerchler provided an agency update noting four positions were filled in June and July and that three behavioral health positions are in the process of being filled (two have been reposted). She said one Finance Technician position is currently posted.
Hoerchler highlighted program performance: Wisconsin is one of nine states with SNAP payment error rates under 6%, which means no payment is required to the federal government for that program year. She also said the agency received a Foster Care grant that will support two events and assistance for Relative/Like-Kin & Foster Families.
Committee members recorded the update; no formal action was required on staffing or the foster care grant during the meeting.
