In the same motion sequence, the board approved a set of additional policies covering procurement and purchasing (4500, 4501, 4502, 4502.1), accounting of assets (4503), Medicaid billing compliance (4504), sale of surplus property (4505), employee expense reimbursement rules (4600 series) and student digital-device use including new Policy 7208 (Student Use of Internet-Enabled Devices). The minutes record the combined approval and that the motion carried with 6 ayes and 0 nays.
