Residents press Briarcliff council on speeding, solicitation signs and e-bike rules

A different resident asked whether e-bikes are permitted on village trails. Mayor Hostetler replied, "no they are not." Residents also sought information about upcoming elections; Mayor Hostetler told the room that "our Elections were cancelled due to running unopposed" and explained that village elections are held every year and the process for how candidates are certified. The council did not take formal action on the solicitation or speed-bump requests at the meeting.
