Comanche County renews equipment leases, approves generator maintenance and copier lease for health department

The board approved lease purchase renewals for equipment serving Districts #1 and #3 as part of the consent agenda. Those renewals were included among multiple consent items approved after a motion by Commissioner Josh Powers and a second by Vice-Chairman Ryan John; the recorded vote was unanimous.
The board also approved a maintenance service agreement with Smith Power Systems to provide scheduled preventive maintenance every six months on Comanche County Health Department generator systems for a stated fee of $1,367.00 for the contract term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Separately, the Health Department exercised an option to renew its NASPO ValuePoint FMV lease with Pitney Bowes, Inc., at a monthly cost of $198.23 for the same contract term.
