The Comanche County Board of Commissioners on July 6 approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Comanche Nation for reconstruction of deficient bridges and the construction of new bridges to replace unsafe low-water crossings and culverts in Districts 1 and 3.
The agreement identifies multiple Comanche Nation TTP route numbers in District 1 (including 6751, 7016, 7113, 6697, 7013, 7010, 7019 and others) and District 3 (including 6994, 0431, 4312, 6753, 6762, 6927 and others) for the planned work. The record shows the item was acted on as part of the consent agenda approved by the board.
Ryan John moved to approve the consent agenda as presented; the motion was seconded and the consent agenda containing the intergovernmental agreement was approved. No separate public discussion or funding detail for each site appears in the minutes; the board recorded the agreement for reconstruction and replacement work and the specific TTP route list in the official action.
