Council adopts two parking ordinances on second reading to clarify hours, fees and penalties

Both ordinances were presented for second reading and, with no public comment recorded in the meeting, were adopted by roll call; the clerk recorded affirmative votes from the council on both measures.
The council said the adjustments respond to prior feedback and are intended to bring clarity to enforcement and signage for commuters and residents around the train station parking areas.
