City Manager Zack Daniel told the Planning Commission that several names have been proposed to fill the current vacancy on the Planning Commission but no appointment has been scheduled for the next City Commission meeting.
Codes Enforcement Officer Gordon Snyder reported that the Community Development Team issued 20 permits last month. Snyder also said the 10 Union Lofts development is progressing, with developers moving in a trailer to the site and preparing for construction activity.
Other city staff present offered no additional comments. The commission took the update as informational; no formal action was taken.
