- Ordinance / Budget amendment (2026-07-04): Adopted a midyear amendment to the 2026 operating and capital budget. Councilman Burrell proposed and the council adopted an amendment adding $25,000 for the Columbia Street Landing Project, increasing the stated general-fund decrease in the package.
- Resolution (2026-15): Authorized the city to opt in to the state expedited temporary housing assistance program to enable faster FEMA/state temporary-housing responses in qualifying emergencies. Adopted.
- Resolution (2026-16): Ordered a special election for Saturday, Dec. 12 to ask voters to authorize up to $4,700,000 in general-obligation bonds for citywide capital improvements. Adopted.
