Johnson and seconded by Marianne Jasen, cited "collective negotiations and the employment history of a particular person" as the reasons for the closed session. The recorded vote on the motion was Yes 5, No 0, Absent 2.
The minutes state the board came out of executive session at 7:28 p.m. and that no action was taken during the executive session. The public meeting was then adjourned at 7:29 p.m., again by motion of Scott M. Johnson seconded by Marianne Jasen with the same recorded vote tally.
